Seriously, Ryan Seacrest said that. Not the stuff later on, of course, but Mal!TREA's line in the first panel:

"Find out who sings for the judges and for their life on American Idol, live, after the break."

Now, I know this isn't what he intended it to mean, but in my twisted mind, I couldn't help but go, "Man, fight for their life? That's a little grim...and extreme."


Though you have to admit, if American Idol really WERE like this, it would be a LOT more enjoyable. xD
